- This is the BMW 3-Series E90 V8 once owned by legendary Hungarian driver Istvan "Bongo" Kavecz and now property of Zlatko Dubreta in Croatia. It is a S65 V8 swapped unit, here in 4.0L guise and producing around 540Hp/9.500Rpm. Sporting some serious aerodynamic improvements, making it a tremendously fast Hillclimb machine it features some quite unique goodies like front and rear suspension taken from the WTCC cars, Ceramic brakes, Drenth DG500 Sequential Gearbox, MOTEC M800 ECU. KW 3-way suspensions, while lightened to an impressive 1170Kg. Here we can watch it attacking Skradin HillClimb during our event, Bongo HillClimb Monsters, the very race held in the memory of the original creator and Driver of this Monster before the untimely demise of Mr. Kavecz.
We tip our hat to Zlatko for keeping this machine racing at a High Level and showing just how impressive it is, and we´re sure there´s still ways to go and evolve this Beast for bigger and better things...
I always say 4.0L V8 is soo good engine...that sound is like thunder.

BMW V8s are like redheads to the automotive world. You'll love them at first reckoning, then their magic will forever taint your memories. The E39 with a great exhaust did me in the first time, now this is tearing open old wounds but in the most pleasant way possible.
