As someone whos played a fair bit of CSGO and not half bad at the game (2.2k hours). Pistol rounds are honestly the hardest to play overall (In my opinion, their my most inconsistent). AWPing is a lot easier than pistol round, especially on CT pistol

the thing is that because overwatches are on 32 ticks, you can't really see the flick happening so that's why most of the time you'll just think the guy snapped directly on the enemy's head instead of getting lucky with a flick or just knowing how to play the game.

Nah. He’s good. People who do overwatches aren’t always gonna be right. That’s a fact. That’s why he explains his side very thoroughly. I’ll admit maybe the last guy was legit but a lot of those shots especially towards the end were really fishy tbh.
it was obvious the guy was using aim at the end. He was aiming at a guy's toes and headshot him, a normal flick would body but hes hitting consistent headshot flicks with the awp. With a scout I might understand but you don't flick to the head on every awp shot.

Anyone who thinks CSGO ranks actually mean anything shouldn't be allowed to do overwatch. A good number of pros aren't even ranked on the "official" competitive ladder.

@@ShaggyRogers1 that's true, but to do overwatch cases you need to be a minimal of Nova I. Therefore it does matter what rank people are. Making it to around MGE/DMG level isn't a bad idea. Watching case videos a lot of people a) go in thinking people are cheating, b) lower rank players don't released that certain crosshair placements on certain angles and the angle being held requires a furtherout crosshair (for most people). There are a lot of little things a higher ranked player, MM or third party may pick up on (either its cheat related or not) that the lower ranks may not.

last guy was cleanly hacking. That was indeed some smooth aim assist.
It's really hard to tell when he's using mostly AWP, but I also think he was clean. There were no impossible shots there. I can easily hit all those shots (common spots, enemy standing still) and I'm scared that if i get reported I might get banned for nothing!
This is an excuse for people not seeing hacks I really don't like. Most people can hit a good few of those shots on a good day.
However *no one* would hit all of them (i think only one or two were proper peaks) in the same game while having horrible crosshair placement and bad reaction time otherwise.
Even some of the hard lock aim assists are *possible*, I've done similar sometimes where my crosshair smoothly and perfectly followed someone for a second. However if I was to do that for the whole game on everyone, while sucking at crosshair placement and other stuff for the whole game I would obviously be hacking.

A good player wouldn't have such poor crosshair placement, and also would use grenades to put him in advantageous positions. Someone who could flick that consistently would not have the other characteristics of a bad player. Also, he was 1 kill over even in the first half, and a player that skilled and consistent wouldn't have an even k/d for a close game like that.

The first guy did not have aim (i dont think) i think he was a very high/drunk smurf playing in S1... Usually can tell high players by their widely varying reaction time.
The only reason he did good was because the enemy players were all new/bad and he was probably the only one on the server playing on 200fps with a mouse pad.

I think I'm the player on the first overwatch. Let me explain why I play like this:-My computer is ass, I get 50 fps max on dust2 running on full low optimized 600*400. I get fps drops to 30-20 while shooting a gun or getting shot at.-this resolution makes it impossible to see anything at long distances or aim for shots but the scope of the awp solves the problem. I literaly couldn't see the guy on a at 2:25-all these problems are accentuated by the lag from the processor running at 100% which makes it so the game is delayed-with time I've managed to make up for all of these bad conditions since I have 500 hours on cs and 130 comp wins but cant get out of silver even if my game sense, my hearing and my calls are allright.-Some of my plays seem a bit weird like the pit hold: my team was getting fucked, I just wanted to have a good k/d and not rank down from that shit. They used to come A long and short every round and I got focused while staying on site so I decided to not give a shit about the round and get myself some moneyFun fact: I once went to a friends house and played on his real computer and carried a g nova 4 match even if I'm silver 3
lol im in the same boat. intelhd struggles. I just managed to ran up to nova 3 but I think thats as far as Im gonna go. Look at lowspec gamer on youtube, i managed to get my fps up to 50-60 on dust 2 using his settings.

I feel like you have to be less quick to assume people are hacking. On the cases, it says evidence beyond resonable doubt, and i think there was definitely reasonable doubt that the last one was hacking. Think of it this way: if you overwatch someone who was playing legit you ruin their account and probably entire experience with csgo

0:23 in the firearms community that's a actually very common way to aim, aim past what you plan to be shooting so you don't over compensate and shoot past your target. That's why professional trap shooter always aim 4-6ft over the trap house.

that first guy was not a hacker my dude. he is one of those people who got carried but remembers little bits of shit.
That last guy flicks like I do, it just takes time to learn how fast/far you need to move your mouse to land the shot, be sure to play with acceleration disabled.
The last guy is "not enough evidence" imo. It is a bit sketchy, but Overwatch replays are 32 tick which is why you think there's a flick. Sometimes dust2 matches just become huge AWP battles, so the guy was peeking 20 times because he knows they enemy was there.
On the last clip, it does look sketchy but that's the way the overwatch does it coz it's not ran on 64tick, it's on 32 or something that's why it looks weird but for him when he is playing he is actually flicking, just abit of info for future overwatch vids

At around 12:50 where you are talking about how he aims and doesn’t move his mouse for a little bit I can kinda explain what he might be doing because it reminds of how I snipe in bf4 sometimes when I’m in close quarters or when you are used to your sensitivity and you now how much you need to move over you can track what the person you plan on shooting is doing and then you make the adjustments for the shot and then you flick over to where your scope needs to be and you shoot ( granted I play on Xbox but my sensitivity is at the highest you can set it to in bf4 )

I usually do the same with the awp as the last guy, where I scope in, wait and then I snap to him as I shoot. Usually it goes to quick for overwatch to catch what I did and makes it look like an aim bot. This is the sniping type that you learn from tf2.
controversial pick was the 3rd guy. That moment when he was defusing and somehow knew those guys were there, walls. Def had some aim, trigger and/or silent. Some of those shots were nutty. I can see it happening a couple times, but he was doing it consistently. I've seen worse OW'ers at higher ranks tbh so don't take my comment as hate. Just my opinion.....
I'll be honest, I'm a bad CS player, I have hugely inconsistent aim, I can one day hit targets with pinpoint accuracy, the other times I miss every shot. I haven't got a great game-sense and I swear like on Overwatch you'd probably feel like i'm hacking with the inconsistency I play at. Welp It is what it is
