Q actually are "kusatte" and "konaide" so wrong letter
The one you put for R actually says "obaka-san"
S is "chikai" so wrong letter again. Also, "sumimasen"

Plus, it's not exactly a mistake but the whole phrase in T is "temee no shiwasa ni kimatteyagare"
