Company portal for Intune deployment and you can decide software centre or company portal for SCCM deployment via client setting..

WE HAVE SOME issue when devices are co managed , updates aren't running anymore

You mean you have moved the patching workload on Intune but patching is not working? Machine is not downloading the update even when running manual check for update...

nowhere to see when co-management is in queue for a lot of devices waiting to be enrolled in Intune ? Only in SCCM databas by Query ?
