My girlfriend and I are visiting Tokyo for the first time for 10 days in October. Your videos are a great source of ideas as we have a very similar style in traveling. Coffee, great food and cool vintage shops. A special thank you for always showing the menu in restuarants. We're both vegetarians and seeing the menus helps a lot! Another commentor already mentioned this, but a little haul at the end would be cool as both of you have great sense of fashion. I am looking forward to future videos and wish you all the best! Greetings from Germany.
Wow, thanks so much for the kind words! It really blows us away how supportive this community is. 🥲 October is the perfect time to go in our opinon. We're already planning our Oct trip as well! Happy the menus are helpful for you folks. And yes, will make sure to add a little haul video soewhere in this series. Have fun planning your trip 🍻
my husband and I are also heading to Japan in October! It’ll be my first time :) I’m a vegetarian so it’s nice for me to get a sense of restaurants and menus as well. I love watching your videos and it’s been so fun to follow along on all of your adventures. Very chill vibes and good local info. Keep up the good work! Thanks for sharing!
So your videos is the vibe I am going for when I visit. Just relaxed pace and enjoy the little things on the journey. You two also made me realize I didn't want to overwhelm my 10 day trip, I am staying in just Tokyo. I am addicted to the little neighborhoods, I can't wait to explore. Thank you for all your videos, I am taking note! :)
Thank you so much for your kind comment! It's always nice to hear when someone can relate to our pace when we travel. 🤍 It can be tempting to cram your trip when there's so much to do in Tokyo. But part of the wonder is exploring and immersing yourself in the culture of everyday things. Enjoy your trip! 😊🍙
I love how everyone in the shop noticed Ralph when he tried on the hat, haha. And that Tintin shirt! Really love your travel series. It makes the places you visit really attractive and encourages people to visit not just to see the tourist spots but experience the local culture.
I’m Japanese and often go to Shibuya. But thanks to you,I realized there are much more wonderful shops and restaurants.Thank you so much for sharing your experience. Can’t wait to visit where you recommended!(Sorry my English isn’t good)
Such a fan! Really love & appreciate your content from the music, photography, food, shopping, etc. The vibe is so laid back and yet one could sense the thought process that went into curating and editing the finished product that reflects your unique perspective, taste and personality. More power to you, Ralph & Sam! And keep safe and well on all your adventures. P.S. Putting it out there that you’re now my absolute favorite vlogger couple, even a notch above my other fave S & V from HK. 😉👏✌️
That's so kind of you to say, thank you so much! 😊 Comments like this really get us going, especially in the middle of editing vlogs all week. And we're fans of their work, so that's very high praise! 🙏 All the best to you, too. ✌🏻
I love your vlog so much!! the tone the front and the mood of the vlog is so nice. I like how you took the photos with the film camera and insert it in your video! Keep it up
Me and my husband really enjoyed your videos. We love the editing style and the minimal talking (sorry if that offends but its more relaxing to watch that way). We're noting down some of these places as we're visiting Japan again in October. Subscribed & Video liked! Thank you so much
Thank you very much! And no offense taken. That sounds a lot like the type of videos we prefer to watch as well. Hope you guys have a lovely time in October. Thank you for subscribing 😊
I love your vlogs! they completely coincide with how we travel with my girl. Eat tasty and aesthetically pleasing food, find some secret places, rummage through thrift stores. Half a month ago we returned from a 2-week trip to Japan. And I used your videos as useful guides. Already planning our next trip to Fukuoka and surrounding areas PS, special congratulations on the advertising on the channel! you are cool and deserve the attention of sponsors!
Hey, cheers! Thank you 😊 Happy to hear our videos helped you plan your last trip. And yes, we definitely recommend Fukuoka if you're planning to return to Japan. One of our favorite Japanese cities ✌🏻😊
So happy for the video sponsorship 🎉 Congratulations! More to come I hope! Could you consider adding the date of stay and the weather🌡️ in the description? Sometimes I look up videos based on the season so that I can gauge what clothes to bring. I also check what people are wearing on the streets. Thank you! ❤😊
Great point! Will be sure to add more about that in the future. For context, this was taken 2nd week of June with about 27-28 degrees weather. Thanks so much for your support 😊
Awwww... I always say this - your videos are so stylish! How you guys find so many cool places??? You know so much about good stuff more than I do :) And your video quality is amazing as always!
Thank you so much!! Honestly a lot of it comes from just wandering around. We don't plan everything so it leaves a lot of room to discover, which is always fun! 😊

I come to realize that I can watch the same video twice and I can have two separate feelings.I think that's the definition of art too. A piece can evoke different emotions at different times yet the satisfaction level is the same across the board. Sigh, these videos are great. Can Ralph take us shopping and Sam take us to go eat? 😁
