Maynard is still bringing it with his haunting voice and the band is still right on point. Glad they are sticking to their original sound and incredible visuals. Most excellent!
@@TheBubbajuju I saw them in Grand Rapids, MI March 8 of 2022. They didn't allow cameras or cell phones in, so the person taking the video probably had to hide the fact that he was recording. My friend hid her phone while she got the concert recorded.
@@VincentValentine33 my daughter just saw them in OKC recently. It was plastered everywhere no cell phones so of course everyone sneaked them in. She was so blown away by the show it never occurred to her to pull out a phone and record. Then near the end Maynard told everyone he knew they brought a phone and to pull them out and record this song. I believe it was Jambi. Crowd goes wild. Good stuff.
Wasn't the biggest fan of Tool until I saw them last year, I was absolutely hooked after I saw them. The presentation and musicianship on this tour was absolutely spectacular.
I saw tool for the first time in 20 years in Feb 2022. It was my first concert after the Covid craziness and I landed 10th row center tickets. it was an out of body experience. Absolutely amazing.
Holy crap. My first TOOL concert! I can’t believe someone got the intro and first song in such good quality. I’m so grateful that I get to relive this moment in some way. Thank you!
This show was a trip. I was in the first balcony in the middle and the effects went all around me. Very psychedelic even without acid! Their shows are the best and this one was the best ever.
I was thinking that earlier actually "wholey acid flashback" when I watched a couple other videos of this tour...so pumped to see them tomorrow night. 🤘
This was the show I was at. The extended opening builds up so much anticipation it damn near killed me. Best performance of my entire life. Only thing that might beat it is seeing them live again!
I know Maynard hates Social Mediots. Having been to a Tool concert I do agree that "seeing a picture of the Grand Canyon" is not the same as "going to the Grand Canyon". But I'm unable to go to a Tool show since their Fear Inoculum album. So thank you for the upload. For a phone recording, the sound is incredible. And I can only imagine what the actual sound and lighting experience must've been like live.
@@838beb no shit. Hell yeah I’m getting that Set for sure. This was the best one yet. They really upgraded their visuals since the last 5 years. And since 2019 to now they added some smaller details. But indeed. As of now this is the most amazing shows. Ever since the curtain they added. They got crazy with the visuals. They save the lasers for the second half. Tool and lasers are the reason to drop some over 100 a ticket to come see them. Worth every freakin penny.
Here's an excerpt from a recent interview; "...Carey revealed that the band are prepping a live DVD that he says will be a good mind-blower for all the hardcore fans. Most of it will be from the Lateralus tour from 2002, Carey added." Apparently they've recorded their shows since forever but haven't done anything with the footage.
man i remember watching this live. it was fucking insane. bro i remember that had that projectpr thing goin around stage and i was mind blown. then the projections started dancing im like wow okay. then i start tripping cus dude... it was naked women the whole time ahhahahhaha . mind blown
I was listening to the intro just now and my dad (the guy who got me into tool and a huge fan himself) was in the other room and thought something was broken 😂😂😂
Tell me another band that puts the total experience before single person. Maynard says he’d rather play 20k venue two nights in a row !!!! Best fukin ever!!!!!!!
I saw them in louisvile right before this almost said fuck it went to this one. But my wife and i held on to 4 geltabs for 2 months in anticipation of that show and it was so good. .
Fear inoculation. Think about that. It’s all occultist knowledge of the hero’s journey. I know, some of you can’t comprehend it. Your egos are fully in control. Hopefully you wake soon or it will only get worse ;)

It is so fking loud live, u cannot imagine it by listening to this video.
The cam is shaking on those hits.

All are welcome to the TOOL army
I always tell people if you kind of like them you should see them live cause it will give you a whole new appreciation for them
They ruin you for other shows with the spectacular visuals
Same been obsessed with them since I first saw them on this very tour 🔥🤘🏻

@@Username-ng8jy See you there
For me Tool is the best live band these days

Thank you. Not all of us who get it, get to see the show. So appreciate it.
I've been praying someone recorded the start since seeing them in Dublin at the start of May. Absolutely mind blowing, video does it no justice
I was at the same gig and was hoping for the same thing ahahahaha, glad you loved the gig pal!
This was the show I was at. The extended opening builds up so much anticipation it damn near killed me. Best performance of my entire life. Only thing that might beat it is seeing them live again!
it still sounds great. That finale was unexpectedly better than the one in the record. I think they are finally posting them live.
I just love this Band ☀❤
Tool needs to play in the Sphere.
They played that song in Hamburg at the beginning and it made me cry.
Ich war auch in Hamburg bei Tool. Es war sooolll geil
Crying from music is pretty powerful stuff, wear it as a badge of honor. Sometimes the music just consumes you. I like those times.

Bro, they are fucking amazing live. It was a life changing experience for me, to be honest. Probably the loudest concert I’ve ever been to
Those visuals are NUTS.
dont understand why tool does not release an official concert video.
THEY ARE NOW. THEY TAPED THE LONDON SHOW WITH 7EMPEST. FUCK YEA.

I cannot wait to see this band again. Saw them in NY and NJ. So incredible. Wow 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I saw them in Sacramento and Detroit. Best concerts I've seen in my life.
How lucky you guys are, in my 20s looking to see how I could fly to see them, absolutely mind-changing to me.
Hugs from Costa Rica.
Dave Lombardo, Danny Carey and Joey Jordison (RIP). Three one of a kind drummers. No words. Just pure enjoyment.
I agree
Fuck joey jordison where's Neil in your list there'd be no danny if there was never a Neil from rush
saw "Danny Carey" and "RIP" in one message and almost had a stroke lol

I missed them in moline. I might never get over that decision . Lucky seen them 4 times, so got that goin for me.
Welcome to rock Ville 2023. Sunday
Saw these guys a few nights ago. Absolutely blown away. Danny Carey is the greatest drummer of all time. Maynard was on point. Great show
I love that they finished the tour in Cleveland bc he is an Ohio boy I was there this was an amazing concert
So is Trent Reznor and Marilyn Manson right?
Who can hit the percutions for more than 10 minutes all day long? Danny Kerry that's who!!!
Tony Pook is a 7 out of 10 youtuber, Danny Carey is smashing those loud drums! Maynard James Keenan has a really good voice for an intelligent man!

If this was actually from the year 20222 like the title says; I'd believe that.
Absolutely no words!!!
