Where do you diagnose next when the above method of audio input signal injection didn't work. Even aftereplacing the output ic's TDA 2030 still there is no output or poor and weak sound, despite all input power parameters and woofer speaker being OK. How does the bad green ceramic capacitors make the woofer behave.
Okay 1. If signal injection fails, directly the problem is on amplifier board. That's where we change the IC, but we first measure the one that was there, like Tda 2030, its easy to measure and know if its damaged. You can also inspect the adjacent components if they are burnt or disfigured or amay have dry joints. 2. For weak and poor sound, I have datasheets, for each IC, and there is usually a manufacturer's schematic diagram. I use that to construct my circuit on a pcb board. Actually most components will be the ones on the initial motherboard, its just transplanting, but we also measure before use putting on that pcb. 3. Bad green ceramic, like the 224j, 104j, but some are brown not necessarily green. They are used to filter noise, stabilize voltages, etc, a bad ceramic won't do the above, so all noise, distortions, and unwanted frequencies will be passed to speakers, it will sound really bad, sometimes like a poshomill, or sparkling electric wires. Then you will have to change failed capacitor. Actually when you hear any high distortion, capacitors are the first culprits.
@@emmanutechnician I put a capacitor on the bluetooth control module like the one you changed with above and the buzzing sound reduced but did not go away. The bluetooth is also bad, it plays in scratches after putting the capacitor.
i have a von but it has a different problem. When i turn it on sometimes it turns on but has no sound then when i turn it off and on again a couple of times then the sound comes back on again but after some minutes i can't add or reduce the sound. What could be the problem?
Well, there is this IC called PT2313, I've seen it in sayona, i think also von uses it. Its the problem, it's a digital sound processor IC for bass, tremble, volume, tone, control, and it keeps failing. That's why the woofer will be going silent, it can be replaced though
Now that's tricky, if it's new school edition, it must be having a digital sound processor IC, I see it mostly in Sayona, it may mean you are pushing the woofer to maximum, that's why its overiding to prevent damage on the amp

Kuna BT board zikona kelele na zingine hazina. Pia kuna njia unaeza try kufilter noises through capacitors
