That was my local Chippy years ago it had a different name back then in the 70's there was another one on Durning rd but that's going back a long way

Our chippy never serves Chinese food it's just chippy stuff and Chinese is from the Chinese takeaway and doesn't do chippy stuff x

Prices in that shop are decent, in Glasgow its getting a joke my go to shop its a fiver now just for SnP chips.

U tried jumbos cafe priory road it’s a chilies cafe open till 10 of a night breakfast served daily plus Chinese meals. It’s nise place like a restraint but chippy prices

Dont understand why you bought 2 lots of fried rice. For variety i would have got some sort of noodles. Looked lovely though x
Hi Sian, well the reason was because it was to go around the 3 of us and we all preffered fried rice to noodles 🍜 on this occasion 👍🏻

What a fabulous chippy! As you say, probably the best in Liverpool! All the dishes you chose looked delicious. Would love to try the Beijing beef. Never heard of that before. No wonder you can’t wait to go back! Don’t you just love a really decent chippy where you know you will really enjoy the food each time you go. Wish there was a Salt and Vinegar by me in Widnes! 👨🍳👨🍳

What a nice man you met there. I do like to support small businesses. And yes, the place looks spotless! The picture of his uncle is lovely. Is he Chinese? I met some of the sweetest, friendliest people when we went to China.

Food looks pretty good. As far as the BEST chippy in Liverpool, I remember your review of Byrnes in Anfield. As a vegetarian, that's where I'd be....for the chips and curry sauce. Cheers!

What a lovey guy Joe is & that painting of his uncle is absolutely FAB ! You'd have to go a long way to find a better chippy than that one judging by the dishes you brought back to yours & the clean plates afterwards. 10/10 from us too !
