We bought this house from The Home Place in Warrior AL just before the prices went up. It was on the lot already and I was told it was the prototype so there are a few differences. Mine doesn't have the built in microwave instead there are more cabinets and drawers next to the sink. Mine doesn't have the wall on the left side of the fridge. On the island opposite side of the sink it is open for four more stools to sit. Mine has an electric fireplace and it is more centered on that section of the wall. Mine doesn't have the back door between the living room and kitchen but I will eventually add one. There are a few minor cosmetic differences as well. This was not our first choice but we went with it because it was already at the lot and it was much quicker to get. Now that we have it, we love it! The open floor plan is great. The island that seats four and the table on the end which will seat four more people is really nice. I'm using the dining room as an office for now. The pantry is really nice. We had to get used to not having upper cabinets but it hasn't been a problem. If anybody has any questions about it I'll be glad to answer. edited to add: I forgot to mention that mine has 2 dormers instead of one and the master closet just has the small high window rather than the full size window, which I like better. the middle bedroom window is centeerd in the room on mine as well. I don't know if that is an option anymore or not.
@@lorrainekelleher6937 they had just posted a new price at $137 but they had already quoted me $125 so that's what they sold it for. this was middle of last year, I don't know what they are going for now.
Hi 🙋🏾♀️ beautiful sis! I’m so thankful to have to be able to really see and feel what these homes look like. Since I’ve gotten older I never thought I would love rustic/farmhouse like I do now. Now it’s all I look for. So over the glam. Farmhouse makes you feel cozy and inviting and lived in. Glam just makes you feel like ooh can’t touch this or can’t sit there or just to nice to get cozy. This is a beautiful home. I love everything about it. The only thing that I would add is a barn door leading to the pantry/utility room. That kitchen is amazing. There is so much prep space. My kitchen is small and doesn't have enough prep space.
Really nice! Love the finishes. Would love a wood burning fireplace, but awesome that the TV has it's own spot! I wish it had either another bedroom or den area. So much storage! Wow. ❤

Where do you put your dishes,Iike plates, bowls, glasses, etc. Do you have to put them in lower cabinets?
