와.. 카페 브이로그 좋아해서 많은 채널의 영상들을 봐왔는데, 여기가 진짜 손 꼽히게 위생적인 것 같아요~ 그리고 삽입된 음악도 팝송이나 카페에서 자주 트는 잔잔한 음악이 아니라, 외국 아이스크림 공장 영상 같은 bgm 쓰셔서 더 재밌게 봤어요~ 홀린듯 채널 영상 다 보고, 구독하고 갑니당ㅋㅋㅋ
in my country we also have cookies like that...we call it kuih semperit/dahlia(flower) cause its look like flower...usualy eaten when festive

Yeah.. in my country which is Malaysia, we call this biscuit "Samperit" or "Dahlia".. basically because from it's look like Daisy flower...

시월 저 처음 봤어요ㅠㅠ 아무리 집 안팎에서 혼자 일회용품 안 써도 다른 분들 동영상 보면ㅠㅠ 특히 마카롱은 색깔별로 수 십 장씩 쓰더라구요. 저 짤주머니 매일 씻으시는 거 정말 번거로운 일인데 진짜 존경심 들어요....👍
제니쿠키는 반죽이 빡빡한편이라 비닐로 짜면 짤주머니가 터져요ㅜ 저렇게 짜고나면 두번째판부터는 앞이 노랗게 보일지경;; 제니쿠키는 한입 베어물때마다 감사한마음으로 먹게되요ㅎㅎ

the cookies look exactly like our hari raya cookies that call as semperit. but it's bfore the bake bcause it doesn't expand that way. it'll stay the same size but so fluffy and it'll melt in ur mouth
that jenny cookies looks like malay traditional cookies called kuih semperit. we eat that cookies usually during eid

I never tried your method before in baking poundcakes where 1/4 away from the baking time you slit it with a knife? Clever! We always slit the pounds before baking but never did I thought of slitting it in the middle of baking! Learned something good today! 😨😨

For jenny cookie, you should combine butter with margarin, 50:50 or 70:30, depends on your preference, to make it stay in shape. 👍🏻
