Loving this build in the west too! I just have Increased Mass instead of Stabilised Status and make sure i have attack and move speed feast with peyto wine :D
I'm glad that Western servers also like this build. Even on the Korean server, there are many users who use 'Mass increase' through the Attack speed option of bracelet or Wine. So it can be used instead of 'Stabilized status'.
If you have the 'Adrenaline' relic book and are going to use the spec/critic bracelet, you can of course use 'Blunt thorn'. (Keen sense 2Lv + Smite 3Lv)

In the current version, Full-spec EO is impossible because the 4T node 'Energy Combust' cannot be used.

or its still impossible ?
As of now, we don't know. Currently, the minimum enlightenment point required for full-spec EO is 84. We'll probably find out at this winter showcase.
