I do not play the "Loaded" tickets. That;s how NC lotto makes all their money. Sure they load the ticket with a lot of the target prize but your chance of winning that still sucks bad. you won't win the target money and if you do , play the real lotto. Stay away from the "Loaded" tickets it's BS
