- Sakura has always been the same old character in every Storm and very balanced as well. In Connections they have finally taken a step in the right direction with her and she can do some insane things now. Her combo damage has been increased, her combo routes are great and her overall neutral has been improved a lot. She is definitely a greater threat on the battlefield now and should be fought against with a lot of caution.
Thanks to @user-bk8gw8oc4k and @umbra3601 I will showcase this character to you all, since I've been requested to play with her.
Sakura has two primary jutsus in her arsenal. Her first jutsu makes her take a leap forward and hit the ground. On hit it causes the opponent to be in an airborne state and it can easily be followed up by a normal dash. This move has been made even more viable because on start-up this move has I-frames. It has way more practical uses now and allows you to completely decide the pace of the match during close-range encounters.
Her second jutsu lets her hit the ground and sends a shockwave towards the opponent. On hit it causes the opponent to be in a bounced state and makes it a perfect tool to use as a combo extension tool. This is a nice neutral tool and allows you to have somewhat of a ranged jutsu in your toolkit. It is always great to have such a thing on your character and making this one permanent in Sakura her gameplan makes her a great character to use now.
Overall, Sakura has been improved a lot and has become a great character to use now. Definitely check her out now if you haven’t already!

EXACTLY!! It felt so satisfying to face him again after that first game (because he left the session when he won). Him ending it with a rage quit right before I could setup a nice combo was just the right thing to end the video with🙏.

Who are your TOP 3 Favorite Character in the Game?
That's a hard one to answer👀... I still have some more characters to try out so I can't make a 'definitive' decision yet but at the moment it kind of looks like this:
1. Shisui
2. Hagoromo (SO6P)
3. Baryon Naruto
This is mostly based off of their combo potential, fun factor and saucy gameplay 🤣 (might chance in the future though, so be sure to ask me this again in like 2-3 weeks🙏).

@@umbra3601 I think the thing that Sakura needs the most is a hybrid of ranged and close range assists. As you can see that SO6P Naruto is a very good support with her because she can easily link combos together with him in the air. PTS Gaara/Mei Terumi would also be a great support, because they allows her to apply pressure at any time too.
PTS Temari would also be a great option along with Shikamaru assist.
