Some colleges take CXC for example, Monroe college, etc, you just have to do your research and contact the college and find out so please do your CXC, and also if you have the funds do your SATs but if not just stiff with the CXC you most have at least five including maths and English if u only have four you can talk with the colleges and see what they can do good luck, everyone, 🌺 P.S. Any college that accepts International Students most likely takes CXC.
This is a great video! they need to show that the sponsor can cover the cost (tuition, books, housing/boarding) the first year, they can also have more than one sponsor to cover the amount. Also the sponsor could be from Jamaica or anywhere, if the someone can show that they can cover the cost, in that case u can say u will leave on campus or show u have an address to stay n cover that expense.

Shannoy's Epic TV The CXCs are not useful over here. And for the diploma in Early Chid-hood Education I am not sure about that. I think it’s if you already did college and you coming here, those credits could be transferred. But anything else I’m not too sure..

They also have another one that’s called HCC *Houston Community College*. Right now I’m in University, *Prairie View A&M .. It’s a Hbcu Universities. There are a lot of other good ones here but you have to do your research to see which one you want to go depending on your major. I’m an education major .

I’ve been here for 6 years, visited Jamaica once. One question they will ask you is what do you plan to do after you get your degree. Just tell them you going to come back home simple lol

What if I don't have ties to prove that I will come back to Jamaica after my study will I still get my f-1 visa?

Normally you get like one year on your student visa after you’ve finished studying and after that year is up you have to return to Jamaica .
