@@noctwice I’m sure the R5ii is coming out…but Canon would be unwise not to release a R5Cii. I know it’s not coming now…but there were too many complains about the R5C mk1…with the MICRO HDMI (instead of MINI HDMI), the autofocus has issues in high contrast areas…like there’s no way that Canon wouldn’t but their latest AF technology into their best R5 which is the R5C…and to be honest the R5C is one of their best cinema camera because it’s a hybrid doing photos and Netflix approved films. Yeah…they’re not going to release it now…but I bet you once the sales from the R5ii and R6iii or R6C decline that’s when they’ll release a R5Cii…I bet you
@@SoJesusChristMusic I don’t disagree with the current weak points of the R5 series for filming. It is possible however to fix all those issues in one body if they have dramatically fixed all the heat related challenges without needing a fan. They could also include a full size HDMI. This could also just be wishful thinking on my part but I think it’s certainly possible.
Not possible. The R6 II is currently offered with generous Cash Backs in many countries which they wouldn't do if it was about to be discontinued. They tend to offer Cash Backs with Cameras they very much plan with for years to come.
The EOS R6 Mark II has a 24.2MP sensor... not 20.1MP. The EOS R6 Mark I has the 20.1 MP sensor.
Far too soon. Most likely the Canon R7 MK2
That's the one that will fly off the shelves, plenty of issues to fix...
That's what I'm thinking too
never ever die R6III will come out this year....
Hopefully the R6iii is a R6C competing with the Sony FX30…and hopefully a R5Cii.
I’m going to predict there won’t be a R5C I and instead the new base model R5 II will have extraordinary video capability already.
