Thank you Steve and Heather. This was the best Part 2 episode ever. I know I will struggle with some of this because of the reality of the troubled world we live in today. There is so much evil in our world which I wish could be swept away and replaced with the love of Christ.
I really like what he said about negative energy, thoughts, or experiences of pain done to others or done to us, speaking to it gently and placing it in the heart space. I’ve been struggling to love someone who hurt me the last few days and I think this will help! It’s a big trigger that happens often, like he said- we can get stuck! I keep meeting this same type of person who hurts me (emotionally) the same way and I often respond with anger, resentment, or worse, revenge. I’ve been begging for help to love this person and to learn the lessons I need to from these experiences. Hoping this new perspective and way of dealing with negativity may help! Perfect timing for me to watch this. ❤ Thanks Heather for all you do!!!

Honestly…..I get him. I’m a little surprised that I do because like you said Heather it’s a LOT of information to disseminate but he’s actually pretty clear. Even though he speaks of things many haven’t - I HAVE heard others (NOT the NDEers btw) speak of these other beings. Steve somehow ties it all together by connecting bits and pieces of what others have said and then tying it together with the Christ consciousness, the “image of God”, raising vibration, focusing on love…all the stuff. What really hit me and what I could easily relate to is the negative self talk, the “acceptance” of unacceptable behaviors (my own and that from others), how emotional pain and trauma keeps me in a lower frequency. Picturing the pain, struggle, challenge, as a child with whom we lovingly but firmly attend to is brilliant in my eyes.
Heather, this interview was so interesting! I will definitely listen again a few times to try to understand a bit better. Years ago, I would have never been open to a story like his, but thanks to channels like yours, these stories are becoming more common, and I find then fascinating. Thank you for doing what you do! ❤

raised catholic till 21 yrs…accepted jesus, learned about healing…( now i say “no” out loud …..when a pain or symptom try’s to attach itself to me… i tell it to quit trespassing and leave ..currently i’m 66 yrs young ) in recent yrs, i quit watching the “programing on the “tell a vision” ..quit voting, quit attending organized religion/ building …i’ve been learning about breaking pattern..and coming out from among them so to speak…boy is it a journey …and ppl like steve help put puzzle pieces together… very interesting…more info to consider and process ‼️❣️

Heather: "Are there any practical steps we can do?" Oh, yes, that is MY kind of question, especially for spiritual things. Regarding Noack's responses, I admit I don't really understand them. I think that some of that lack of understanding is all the terminologies used (e.g. quantum energies, etc), but from a larger perspective, I still don't know what the point is. In other words, while I get the importance of being mindful of our thoughts and emotions, and stopping (mitigating) negative thoughts, words, and behaviors, our bodies respond better in some way, I guess I have this feeling of "that's it???". The other thing is this "upgrading". I simply do not know what it means that our consciousness is (will be) "upgraded". Yes, it sounds cool, just as a phrase, but otherwise, I am clueless about what that is, or can do for us (to us). In other words, what's the GOAL is doing all this stuff?
It is a lot to take in. I have heard other guests describe upgrades. Basically we will get to a place where we see that we are interconnected with everyone and everything - completely changing our perspective.
We are. I've heard the connection quite a bit lately. I was a little nervous to see how people would respond to this episode because this concept is new to many, but I am so happy the response has been really positive.
This one is pretty wild! I'm a bit skeptical of any alien talk and Arcturian seems to be further on the New Age spectrum but I'm willing to entertain it a bit until I find something that contradicts or confirms otherwise. Couldn't find much on Cedria/Sedria. I gotta say though, I had a similar thought this year of feeling like my body is simply a shell running an OS. I experienced burnout this year from a lack of RAM from doing too much and the analogy of having corrupted data (trauma) on your HDD makes a lot of sense since that is where long term storage/memory takes place (in an actual computer). I was very much in need of a patch or system update which I was able to accomplish through trauma/addiction recovery. I still have a ways to go but I'm so much better than I was. Can finally live life instead of simply acting out survival mechanisms. I've never heard another person make these analogies before so I felt compelled to share that I can resonate with what he is saying. Thank you for sharing this story!

"Made It" I always watch your videos / interviews to the end. This one is particularly interesting. I think on one hand we have a more traditional and religious way of looking at why we are here; who created this, what are my life lessons and goals to be achieved. These are usually grounded in a God, Jesus, Spirit-Guide way of thinking. Then enters this " Galactic Federation. At first thought and my intuition this seems more like a mix of species that may not be so spiritual and/or wholesome. Maybe I am wrong. I am a modern thinker who does not want to ignore or abandon the more traditional ways of thinking about our soul - journey here on Earth. So, I have mixed thoughts on this, and will have to listen to this Pt 2., again. I do have a bit of an issue at some entity that shows up in my room and dictates to me....anything. Thank you Heather and Steve. His practice is similar to the Buddhist practice of Tonglen - Breathe in the negative energy and purify it. The science like descriptions including terminology like Quantum field, are not really science and can be safely ignored. Stick to his good practices.
I like Noack, but I think this is a situation where trying to explain all these concepts to me is like trying to eat a giant burrito all at once. It's too much. Ok, not the greatest metaphor, I know, but it conveys my sentiment. Lastly, who are these Arcturians? I would have liked to have heard what THEIR motivation is here. And, frankly, if they're here to "upgrade" us, why not make themselves known to us all so that we, as individuals, can consciously CHOOSE to be upgraded or not? Sorry, but this idea that they remain hidden or invisible, while doing things "to us" is not attractive. It's the background he used for the call. Most video conferencing software has the ability to change your background to something else.
It is coming from the background. Sometimes people don’t have a good background for an interview and they choose one via AI.

Heather, there is a book written by U.S. Andersen "Three Magic Words". There is a Meditation at the end of each of the 12 chapters. (Study the meditations to help understand Steve's concepts.)
