Man but sugar is soooooo good...My issues with odor is directly due to sugar...limit my sugar intake and no body odor as soon as I get carried away here comes the cut onion 🧅 smell. And it’s only when I sweat down there and not coming from my vaginal fluids as that smells of nothing...when I sweat is when the odor comes...this spray eliminates odors from sweat....this has made my life sooooo much better as I sit all day at work and stress sweat. It works ladies for odors from sweating for sure. Can’t say if it will help with symptoms of BV , UTI, or YI but for sure for sweat.

@@QueenOfTheDamned you do not have to use it daily, it's great after period, for maybe 1-3 days (so 3 suppositories). And then your good. Your body speak, listen to your body you'll see when you'll need it
Absolutely love these! My pH is veryyy sensitive. Antibiotics to treat BV caused me to have yeast infections and the antifungals for that would cause BV again 🙄. I found these on Amazon and they are amazingggg! 10/10 recommend! ❤️
Not going to lie I used one last night and I’m shook!!!! Yesterday I was a mess! I was extremely upset I tried Everything for two weeks .. Monistat. 1 & 7, probiotics, apple cider vinegar rinses, you name it! This yeast infection was stubborn this go round. I got desperate for relief and bought Ph-d . Woke up this morning. Grabbed a mirror and my jaw dropped! It’s cleared ! I plan to continue to use for about 5 to 7days !!!

I think we need to discuss just how significant more likely you are to experience pH imbalance from sexual intercourse. It's very concerning that this discussion is not emphasized as much as it should be as it would help a lot of women completely understand the effects of men and sexual Intercourse. I learned through the years that men can be the carriers of BV and pass it to different women however they are not affected by BV. Let's think about that for a moment...
And many doctors refuse to acknowledge this. There are some that will treat men for carrying the bacteria (thankfully) I've seeen this. But some will not and many women continue to suffer :(
And also women sleeping around with different men. Of course if you sleep around with different men you are going to encounter plently who will give you bv.

Hi Ashley, I just used one it’s my first night! To answer your question, the suppository doesn’t come with an applicator so you insert it as far as it can go up your vagina. I used clean fingers to do it and make sure you wear a pad because leakage can occur! The bottle says to use it before bedtime , ONLY FOR VAGINAL USE DONT TAKE BY MOUTH. When you go to bed, give it a few hours like your normal sleep schedule! I put mine in at 12:30 and I wake up at 6:30am! It should dissolve within that time frame, but when you urinate I think it does flush out the toxins and infection
I actually bought disposable plastic applicators to help with the insertion of the suppositories. Because I don't like using my fingers. Best suggestion, use at night while you sleep so the residue drains out with your 1st morning pee. But if you use during the day, I say pick a time where you can just sit & chill for about 15 minutes so the capsule can melt. Then wear a pantyliner for about an hour or so because it will drain out. But these things are AMAZING!! 💯🙌💃😃 Best of luck to you!!

They can help minor imbalance, but the smell is so strong and it ended up not working for me, so I purchased these and it worked after one use.

I bought and used them. The consistency was kind of greasy I prefer the phd boric suppositories tbh
I used them for 3 days , 1 a day and they worked amazingly!! They are so gentle and they leave you smelling so good . I wouldn’t say the smell is super strong like most people would . After the first night of using them I had instant relief!! I would recommend trying them . They also leave you feeling really moisturized!!
