There is not best rapper alive and also no best rapper of all-time for many reasons. Nas is a top 5 lysists of all-time and has better lyrical content, flow, delivery than J Cole. Are you telling me that he's not better than J Cole? I'm a Cole fan and I say that he's one of the very few artists that could have survived back in the 90s hip hop scene. There's always someone that's going to be better in other areas and that's been going on for years. Eminem has improved better lyrically and there's a reason why no other good rapper would say anything about him. Kendrick Lamar has a better lyrical content, flow, delivery, range than Cole by a slight margin.

I'm honestly surprised none of you had heard Benny the Butcher. To give you more context, Griselda is made up of Conway the Machine, Benny the Butcher, and Westside Gunn, all from buffalo ny. Westside started the label, Conway the Machine put out a classic song in 2016 that got the underground talking, they signed to Shady records in 2017, Benny put out the best rap album of 2018 called Tana Talk 3 (I know Pusha T's Daytona came out too, and other great underground albums came out, but Tana Talk 3 was different man), then their joint debut came out at the end of 2019 called WWCD, which is another ridiculously amazing album. I'd suggest listening to those two albums then jumping into their catalog more if you're interested in their wave
