I used CDL Prep it’s an app you can download. There was a book in class we used during the day but they recommended us to use that app. Even for my endorsements the app is what I used

Yes they have them there. I think it’s only automatics now for new drivers to test out in. When I was there I tested out in a manual

I haven’t driven in the snow much but driving period is scary. Just long as you take it easy and slow or pull over if it’s unsafe.
