Originally it was to scare other players during halloween. Now it has the additional effect of repulsing Death (New enemy addition). Hold the hole up to your mouth to use 😁

So does the double hand thing count for spears too?

Not from my testing, I think all two handing does is make them a little more stable to use in combat. I'm waiting now for spears to get the same treatment longswords got recently. They went from sub par to very fun and awesome to use. I think the spear needs a similar treatment 😁
