- Hey guys! I have a special video for you today. We are going to makeover my bedroom!! Trust me, I have a good reason for doing this...to make a long story short, when I gave up my old nightstands to the flip house, it kind of set off this whole chain reaction that led to new nightstands, a new bed and a lot of decor pieces that I already had on hand. I LOVE the way that it turned out and I'm excited to bring you along on this "decorate with me" style video!! Let me know what you think!

I love that you showcase items that everyone can get instead of ones gifted from stores that are a bit pricey. You show that style comes from the designer not the price tag. So cozy and calm, love the colors. Do agree that a small cicle tble between those lovely chairs and a bit of greenery under the tv might add the finishing touches. Thank you for sharing your ideas and tips with all of us.

Absolutely beautiful. You give me such inspiration in designing & decorating my own spaces. I really like all of the bedding, the pillows in the chairs, the table lamps, the art above the bed, ...it’s all great. I do agree with Ben on the bench though. It’s an awesome bench, just looks a bit tight. I’m a person that craves wide open spaces though.😄

Love how it came together. I'm with Ben, too tight for the bench. I would also add a small round table between the gorgeous chairs for a cup of coffee, and add a bit of greenery in the vases under the tv. Leave it to another designer to add 2 cents

Loved everything! My favorite things are the chairs and the bench. It’s so true that you need to play around with accessories until they look just right. Good decorating takes a lot of tweaking and fluffing. This was a fun video. 😄

I did your "block under the faux tree" trick recently. Saved me a ton of money by turning a 4 foot tree into a 5 foot tree! It does expose the top of the pot more, so I disguised it with some moss.
Awesome, Rose! Yeah, moss or rocks are great way to do it and not have to buy near as much!
Looks great! Do you feel the nightstands would look good with a queen size bed? Also, what carpet is in this room?
I would (sadly) take away the bench, but try to find a small leather drum table in the same color, to put between the chairs. The room is gorgeous.
Great job! I love everything you do! So sophisticated yet not overpriced! I can’t seem to pick one favorite, both are beautiful! However I do think you need bigger art on top of your bed or make it 2 frames, It looks small for the space. Happy Holidays 🌲🌲🌲

Question / challenge / video idea: How can I incorporate newer white trim and wainscoting without completely replacing or painting the trim on my windows and interior doors. I'd love to find a way to make stained wood and painted white molding work. Not only because I like both, but also it is more economical not to have to change everything. I can submit some pictures if helpful.

The space looks so lovely and serene ! I would suggest putting a small table between the chair so you have a place to put down a cup if you want to have quite time with your favorite brew. Also, although the bench is lovely, it looks too crowded at the base of the bed. Could you place it I front of the slider on the right of the room?

The before was much better. The colors weren't overpowering, but everything was cozy and sophisticated. It's a shame you don't like color because the colors you do choose are beautiful and very interesting. Your other home had wonderful pops of color.

Love your channel and love all your designs but it seems like the editing style of the videos has changed and they seem jumpy. I have tried changing the settings but cannot get the jumpiness to stop so I am assuming it is a new technique. Just wanted to let you know that the smoother style is easier to watch.

The room is beautiful, but I don’t like what she did with the TV console. Just stacked it with unnecessary pottery. Too tight between the bed and the TV console, not enough room to walk.
Bench made the walkway too tight.
