- Shouts ( teruah ). In this clip these sounds are from a Yemenite shofar. We can lift up our voices with a shout also. Praise YHWH while we may yet. The emphasis here is also to share The Good News of Jesus while it is yet day. We all have a testimony, and through the shed blood of The Lamb freedom is given.

ALL Glory to Yahweh! The harmonics / amplification from the parking structure is perhaps 'cheating'. There is a benefit of focusing the sounds though for me personally. I sound shofar outdoors often where there is no amplification or echo effects but for long ( some times over 2 hours ) I go to places such as lots or hallways where I can pull back and sound quietly without pressing for volume. These times are a blessing of sounding His voice and now my schedule presses me so that when I can sound for a long time I'm especially grateful. Blessings to you and yours in Jesus Messiah!

I have recently purchased my very first Yemenite Shofar.... I felt Holy Spirit lead me to get it and i know he'll show me what's next.
How do you create such beautiful tones? I understand it probably would take year to master, but with God, anything's possible.
Is there a way i can learn?
Pray to sound as God wants you to, then believe HE is developing the tones that come out. Pray as you sound as The Holy Spirit directs. I have and do ask for sounds from scriptures. " I want to hear how a shofar will sound in the new Jerusalem"... Or let this sound like the Thessalonians trumpet or as it occurs to me. Practice every day, don't go a day ( as much as possible ) without sounding. If it's only 2 minutes or 5 minutes just be sure to practice. Be intentional in sounding. Pray more, love more, be humble, read and fellowship, help who Abba instructs. The with God it's possible that you mention is HUGE. Don't get discouraged. Do not get discouraged ( you will be confronted this way ). When that happens sound / practice for a longer time and more often. Oh and 🙏 pray. One note is filled with annointing. Bend the one note. Sound it quiet, louder, blow faster, blow it slower, change your tongue position. Try placing shofar slightly differently. Record your sound, listen to it. Practice more. I didn't like how the recordings sounded. So I practiced more. It won't seem like your getting better... ignore that. Get ready to meet others who love to sound and practice with them also.
