If u don’t remember he’s the one who got caught up in the Olivia Rodrigo drama. Some back story on him is after DL came out he and Sabrina received death threats and a ton of hate and 2 days after he was in the hospital septic. He was told he would have died in 12 hours if he hadn’t went to the hospital. He also came out this summer. The songs are called crisis, secret, set me free. I know that crisis and secret address the Olivia situation but I’m not sure who secret is about. It’s a 3 part story so I’m guessing it’s about Olivia but I don’t know. Anyway thank you.

I just saw your videos of Floor Jansen covering Shallow and Oblivion. From one of the videos, I gather you had a bad first experience with Nightwish, something about watching it at poor quality. Since I couldn't find any Nightwish reactions from you guys, I'll assume you dismissed them, so and I came here to see if I can change your minds. I listen to a lot of music from pretty much any genre, and when NW entered my radar some 15 years ago, and I learned they were a symphonic metal band from Finland, they got immediately discarded because, at that point, European metal bands were synonymous with death metal growling to me, and I hated that style of singing with a passion. About eight weeks ago, though, youtube recommended me Ghost Love Score (the official live video from Wacken Open Air 2013, not a crappy one), and the thumbnail caught my attention for some reason, so I clicked on it and started watching. About two hours later, after watching the video several times, I was still in awe at the quality of the production, the sound mix, and the band's talent. But what hit me the hardest was Floor's voice; how she could sing like that in an open-air venue was beyond me. I had to constantly remind myself that I was listening to a live version, not a studio one with an audience track. At that point, I thought "okay, this is truly impressive, but it arrived at me by recommendation, so it must be some of the best they can offer." In any case, I was intrigued, so I checked out "Storytime" and "Song of Myself," also from Wacken. The first thing I learned was "Ghost Love Score" is not the best they can offer, but just a tiny sample of what they can do. Since then, I've seen all the live presentations available on Blu-Ray and listened to almost every song. The second thing I learned, almost all bands use studio albums as a showcase of their music. Not NW, though; they use studio albums as a teaser. Live is when their songs really come alive. I would strongly recommend you reconsider and give NW a second chance. My 83 years old mother loves music but hates everything that even remotely features an electric guitar. Since I showed them to her a couple of weeks ago, she craves them and constantly asks me which song she should listen to next. She covered the whole Wacken concert already. When I asked her why she liked them so much, she responded "I don't know. The music and Floor's voice make me feel so emotional." Word for word. If she, out of all people, can love them, you can love them too. Moving on, if you just listened to Shallow, Oblivion, and a bootlegged version of LGS, you don't have even the faintest idea of what Floor can do. Throw a dart into a wall filled with different vocal styles, and you will hit one Floor excels at, from full-blown opera to growling like a demon and everything in between. NW is quite likely the best band active today. Floor Jansen is a force of nature, a Nordic Goddess, a humble and beautiful person, and probably the best singer alive today. Not metal singer, not female singer, the best singer. On top of that, NW has one of the kindest and most dedicated fanbases you will find out there. And the lyrics are works of art by themselves.
