@@mys4k Great question. I like to carry a positive thought I focus and apply to my daily living t. hroughout the day. If I have 50 then I don’t focus on any of them. So for my style I’d like 1-3 positive thoughts. How they might be connected. How I can get emotionally involved with them and use them throughout that day. If they are effective or inspirational I may chose to make them a habit. In this video I liked Jim‘s definition and explanation of character. Being a chisel we use on ourselves. To create the person we want to be for ourselves and others. So a three minute video would be just fine. I hope my thinking is useful for you. I appreciate this content and you asking this question.
