oh my god. i haven't listened to these guys since i was around eight years old. i found a picture of me with steven on my computer today and decided to listen to some of their new music to see if it has changed at all, and im really happy to say that it hasn't. these guys still have their original sound and it doesn't sound like they have changed a bit. still love their music and probably will be finding someone to take with me to one of their concerts.
I look at my window and it´s cold and raining outside, and by listening to this song I just realized, that I´m missing that one person more and more over and over again. it´s not over .. just not..
Every now and again I come back to this song to remind me of a time I almost ruined my marriage. 10 years later… 3 kids and in love… 10 years ago I thought I wanted to be free…. Then this song played randomly in a “boarders bookstore” it had been 3 weeks apart. I come back to this song to remind me of that feeling I had all those years ago….
Such a romantic song but even more it tears apart the layers of our egos and makes us vulnerable to love which is what we all want to share but have trouble communicating it sometimes.

Not depressed, I was when I was a teenager but never again. Teenage years hold a lot of emotion. I felt more from life then. I write, sing, and play the guitar. You have to feel true emotion to get other people to feel it too. This song brought back memories from that time period. Vietnam, riots in Berkeley, and the ships coming home from Nam with some friends missing, never to be found again. Because of Nam and the all the chaos, we felt love deeper, much deeper than people do now. To Light Yagami; When I can put it all together I will find you and explain it. Look for me on FB.
I just recently discovered Civil Twilight and I am in love, definitely new favorite. Their music gives me chills.
