Hey Georgie :) The amount of stairs up to the dressing rooms at the Empire is so annoying. Last time I was there I was on the fourth floor! Have you managed to visit the Christmas markets opposite the theatre?

When I was at uni, everyone knew when us drama kids were in tech week, because the tuck shop was basically empty! We would buy all the food and drink we could find! Lol

I think the chair thing might only work on women because of where our centre of gravity is. In dance, we're learned that woman have a lower centre of gravity, around our hips, and men have it in their shoulders
