man, i thought i left a comment on this years ago. in any case, this performance holds just as much of a grip on me now as it did then. you took a melody i was always captivated by as a child and, in a beautiful and exuberant way, replicated how i've always wanted it to sound. through the driving bassline, lush rhythm guitar, and soulful melody, you've captured something great. the bell synth and guitar harmony legitimately made me cry the first time i heard it. cheers man and don't ever stop what you're doing, i've always dreamed of covering music but never found the strength or motivation to do it
Good chords, melody, and song crafting. Keep em coming. I am a sucker for low/mid gain guitar tones too. The instrument is so alive on the edge of breakup.
Always nice to listen to your new stuffs, you always experiment with tones and you never disappoint. All of your stuffs are all done with good music taste and talent, keep them coming =)
@@Mairiba Yeah I mean the track of the bass and drums, cause I want to make a guitar cover too hehe. Thanks man, from all covers on RUclips of Space Harrier theme, yours it´s my favorite
I'll be honest, I don't really know. I really liked playing the game as it appeared in Yakuza 0, or Ryu ga Gotoku 0 as it's known in Japan, but I know that that particular series is getting a cult following in the west so there's a chance that Space Harrier has it's own audience over here. I hope that's helped answer your question but I'm sorry that I can't give a straight answer.
It was released in the West because it was by Sega, who before the mega drive/genesis did arcades, space harrier was one of the most influential rail shooters, hence why it got a second installment, multiple ports... And I do mean multiple, if not all that is, then came the space harrier crash, a PS2 version which flopped, the arcade variant changed its name because of it which also flopped, since then it's been history, but games like Yakuza 0 and bayonetta have odes to it, so it must've done good

Cool guitar sound. Power overflowing!
スペースハリアーは国境を超えて世界の人達に愛されているんですね😉

To be fair, I've never played this game until a few weeks ago. It's worth a try IMO. :)
I'll take note of trying this game out then. Nice work as always!
So Amazing!
Amazing job man, really love the vibe coming from this :) (I sinked a lot of hours in Yakuza 0 as well and now I'm on Kiwami XD)

Could you post the backing track? :p
I don't have any backing tracks I'm afraid but I am really flattered that you asked 🙂

Game music CD was sold in Japan. Have you sold it in your country too?
I don't think so. However, I do know that the main theme to Space Harrier is on Spotify as part of Bayonetta's OST.
This is a Japanese game, is it also famous in your country?

I usted to play this game in 1989 , SEGA máster system was the console 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I used to play it as a kid for the Sega Master System in the U.S.
