The rainbow attack is a generator device called "Leprechaun's Treasures"
The only way to obtain it is by paying for it at the St. Patrick's Day event and there is no other way to obtain it.

Hello.
Each time you are hit, damage is taken and the blue strength gauge is consumed but automatically recovers.
Then, when a certain amount of damage is taken, a counter attack is triggered and the player becomes invincible for a period of about 3 seconds.
These two specifications are used to perform body hits, etc. and are not cheats.
