Father Richard Albert kept a fair/ funday at St.Patricks Church /School,Shabba Ranks had just returned from touring USA and was headed to the fair to donate cash toward the school they were stopped by the gate man who didn't know them and wanted to collect the entrance fee at this point Risto started to beat up the gate man badly without mercy, Shabba had to intervene and put him in his place,I remember this incident vividly because I was teaching at St.Patricks at the time.I remember Shabba grabbed Risto and shook him up and spoke a few harsh words to him about badness and music and career.Risto walked away that day and Shabba and the rest of his entourage were allowed to gain entrance and Shabba donated a large sum of money to Mrs.Anderson who was the principal at the school then..I lived on St.Lucia Road at the time and after that I hardly saw both artiste together again.

But my view is that badness n unruly behavior became his ultimate destruction and downfall to both his life and his career we were all in this together as a kid n he was my acquaintance whenever we buck up.
