Put a loop of your color B yarn on your hook, bring it through, and slip stitch with both strands to join. Drop your tail. Chain 2. (counts as your first double crochet) Make 2 more double crochet into the same space. Make 3 double crochet into each of the next three spaces. Into the center space of the four stitches below, make 3 double crochet. Make 3 double crochet into each of the next three spaces. Make a corner into the corner of 3 double crochet - chain 2 - 3 double crochet. Make 3 double crochet into each of the next five spaces along the side. Make a bend of 4 double crochet in between the stitches of the bend below. Make 3 double crochet into each of the next five spaces along the side. Make a bend of 4 double crochet in between the stitches of the bend below. The written pattern has 3 dc on the first round but the video shows only 2 dc. Why is that?
I think you mis spoke on the first bend of Stripe 4. You said 3 dc in that 1st bend but later said bends get 4 dc. Did I hear it wrong?
