- No disaster strikes except by permission of Allah. And whoever believes in Allah - He will guide his heart. And Allah is Knowing of all things. (11) And obey Allah and obey the Messenger; but if you turn away - then upon Our Messenger is only [the duty of] clear notification. (12) Allah - there is no deity except Him. And upon Allah let the believers rely. (13) O you who have believed, indeed, among your wives and your children are enemies to you, so beware of them. But if you pardon and overlook and forgive - then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. (14) Your wealth and your children are but a trial, and Allah has with Him a great reward. (15) So fear Allah as much as you are able and listen and obey and spend [in the way of Allah]; it is better for your selves. And whoever is protected from the stinginess of his soul - it is those who will be the successful. (16) If you loan Allah a goodly loan, He will multiply it for you and forgive you. And Allah is Most Appreciative and Forbearing. (17) Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, the Exalted in Might, the Wise. (18) #quran Surah taghabun

I myself was in a state of depression,my brother, I felt like no one was there for me, I realized at that moment even my family wasn't there to hold my hands and bring me back to "life" and so from there I realized that only Allah and Allah alone was there for me. Even if the whole world turn their backs to you,as long as you have Allah,your path will be easier Insya Allah.just remember, Allah only bring the toughest soldiers to His toughest battles so prepare yourself for victory. Erase any doubts as soon as the doubt makes its way into your heart or head,istighfar a lot,recite ayatul kursiy and suratul Iqlash,stand up for prayers on time,give charity even if u yourself don't have much money to give,make the intention in your heart that I give this charity as form of my submission to Allah and that I do this to help alleviate others from their sorrows so that Allah will help me alleviate my problems and all the bad things the shaytan can throw. If u r persistent in doing this, Insya Allah you'll feel that Allah is there watching you every step of the way, I know this for sure because that's what I did and all those good deeds you do as your answer and submission to Allah will come to you in a form of healthy mind,healthy heart and healthy soul Insya Allah. Allah likes to give good things to those who persists in His straight path and you will notice that this is true. Lots of little surprises that Allah will give to you,just be patient and say Alhamdulillah to everything even if you are sick,say Alhamdulillah because Allah loves you and wants you to purify your heart with the correct "treatment" ie lots of duas and prayers, you'll see it brother, Wallahi you will.be kind and forgiving to those who mock u around and leave them with grace. Seek Allah's help and blessings every time coz we don't know when we'll die,so why waste time in something worldly and unimportant such as how ppl say about us? Every soldier can stand up but not all of them can take the blow and stand back up again. Shaytan knows that if it comes in its real form,no Muslim will obey him so instead he comes in a very subtle yet very powerfully destructive to Muslims ie by giving negative thinking,doubts etc, so always dzikir,always make duas, always pray, don't ever let it catch u off guard,my brother, that's why jannah are layered each for different types of soldiers that can withstand certain tests and succeed. You will succeed,just hold strong to Allah's path the way He has ordained you to do n be patience, your reward will be more beautiful than u could ever imagine.hope this help,my brother 😇😇

1. Saying Bismillah.
2. See and drink.
3. Sit and eat.
4. Eat with the right hand.
5. Eat-in three breaths.
6. Finally say Alhamdulillah.

it’s been 1 year and i’m still struggling with anxiety and depression :( it’s really hard and i would appreciate any duas… i’m also sending prayers to everyone fighting similar things. don’t give up. we can do this. you’re not alone.

I also suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. It is sometimes really hard to control it, but every time i know how to overcome it with the will of Allah swt. Let that be a lesson to those who also being tested with such conditions. You are not the only one. May Allah swt bless the ummah ameen.
