Honda no doubt has one of the best dealership experience in the country. Not only that their servicing is also quite satisfactory.

i think Ventilated seats is one among very important features on Indian conditions which is clearly missing in this product especially in this segment. Atleast Top variant should have Ventilated seats
They do have that as an option as an accessory
Ventilated seats as accessories available with massager. + TPMS
I think they might give in the facelift with all windows auto touch down and rear privacy nets, etc.
Yes Indian market wants Panoramic Sunroof and Ventilated seats together :D
It's more of a good to have feature rather than very important one
Why is cruise control not a basic feature in a car which is priced 10+ lacs? Small cars under 10L also getting CC. Honda City is exceptional product because it offers convenience in lower variants too.. wish ELEVATE had follow the suit.
Honda ab paisa banane ke peeche padega with Elevate.. Late than never wala funda apply ho gaya automatically. itne saal delay ke baad.
Reason Sedan is cheaper than suvs and, small cars can't be comparable with bigger suvs , elevate is providing best base varient in all segment of cars 🚘
Simple, Honda doesn't want Chhapri driver to use Cruise Control ..so wise decision to keep with only top varient 😂🎉
I feel this could be an easy way to convey one important factor that made me to think twice to go with Elevate purchase. I experienced a heavy Tyre noise inside the cabin while cruising at 100 to 120 KMPH on a clean and clear highway. Just thought of bringing it your notice which when corrected would benefit a larger audience.

The VP came prepared for all your answers. Good interview. Elevate should keep the Honda flag flying in the Indian market. The purist in me wants to see the legendary CR-V and Civic to return in a new avatar.
He's VP so he's always prepared for everything 😅
they wont bring back the crv or civic because they dont recall the volumes in sales to make it worth investing in for the company
Personally speaking it's perfect SUV with best price. No Complaints. @HondaCarsIndia #KunalBehl have well researched the Indian market and customers view points and this time well 🎯 the price point.

True. No straightforward answer from the vp. All diplomatic.
Exactly questions were on point and none of them were really answered.
You don't get the turbo in this car, but you get the VTEC engine which redlines at 7000 rpm...this should have been mentioned when the question was brought up.
Honda being Honda , always underestimate Indian market & consumers. Elevate indeed is a grart product, but i hardly doubt how many customers will it attract from the stable of Creta & Seltos.
I will recommend to bring the HR-V with petrol and hybrid options in India rather than focusing solely on EV. As per the current sales, Elevate is nowhere near the sales figures of creta, seltos and other SUVs. Honda needs to bring a more powerful and aesthetic looking player in India to compete.

2:44 interesting so mileage was the reason why only 1.5L NA was given as an option !!! What is the certified mileage of seltos 1.5 turbo DCT 160hp and 115bhp elevate CVT?
As a customer who is looking for a new suv I’m disappointed not to see any hybrid option for elevate from Honda plain & simple .... had hybrid been an option I would hv right away booked it . Can’t live with poor milage especially when fuel prices are skyrocketing

TPMS is an accessory , screen that can be unlocked in Honda app (according to a YT video), if that’s right, it’s really weird. So basically it has the tpms but just to see it we have to unlock a screen in app for 10K ? Software feature unlock for a car xD

Not giving 4-6 airbags as standard was disappointing when others in this segment are offering the same (creta,seltos)

I think they should again introduce new Honda jazz with updated features and some cosmetics design.
The problem is because of the culture of Honda as a company. The leadership in Japan and their senior management do not give freedom to regional entities to do as they want to cater to the local markets. Be it Honda North America or Honda India. They are risk-averse and prefer to remain as followers. Thats why u see Honda is always late to the game. Biggest problem is they rarely learn.
I guess interiors of Honda City is much much better than the Elevate . If there are people who spend 20lkhs they will expect premium experience . If you had copy pasted the Honda City interiors it would have been a killer. Honda should be more aggressive and faster to catch up on the competitors.

I think Honda isn't interested in launching Turbo petrol Engines in India due to Reliability Tag which they don't want to spoil..1.0 Vtec turbo is very good but 1.5 turbo has some issues in other markets that's why they are sticking to NA and Hybrid
While everyone asking for turbo Petrol engine, Kunal Behl could have highlighted about ivtec engine that behaves like turbo once it crosses 2K RPM…

Turbo should be brought with RS edition
There are some important missing features in V variant like Cruise control,Alloy wheels,electrically operated ORVM,premium sound quality etc. Thogh the variant is too costly
They should launch at least one micro SUV
People asking for turbocharged engines, a major chunk of creta/seltos petrol sales are all 1.5 l NA engine.
What a beautiful car??? But milage is just 15.6 km/l claimed... Means ll get 11-12 in local run. So dropped the idea to buy this...

Guys looking for FE will drop ->no hybrid
Guys looking for fun to drive may drop -> can get creta diesel/seltos turbo for marginally high price

Mr Behl is the best top executive of a automotive company came across at RUclips. Seen interviews of Mr Vats (Citroen) and Mr Srivastava (MSI) and they both were pathetic when conveying the message.

Honda missed a great opportunity with wrong pricing.
They were already 10 years too late in this segment.
Market leader koreans and germans are offering so much more in the same price.
I drove honda city for 13 years, was a happy customer but cancelled the elevate booking due to high price.

Honda doesn’t plans to sell in numbers I think, just settled with few thousand numbers.

No doubt Elevate is excellent car, but God help Honda India with product strategy. Kunal will take it to snapdeal way. Worst product planning and launch timelines.

Pricing is too high. All stated features are available in topmost model only and that is the costliest model among all naturally aspirated models. Not impressed and I didn't find the pickup impressive either

Honda dealership experience is pathetic & there is no digital footprint in Honda dealers. Executives are dressed shabbly. Communication skills very ordinary. Customer care experience horrible. Honda need to work on customer exp else they cant survive with even the best in class product.

This Car looks outdated at the showroom itself and that's what Honda has been constantly doing from past 5 years. Competition ke according nahi chaloge to competition se bahar kar diye jaaoge as simple as that!
Need of an hour was Launching cars like HRV and CRV in India not this outdated looking, noisy and lite vehicle.
Also a compact SUV with 1.2L Turbo Petrol Engine to capture Mass Markets.
Honda is dead. They treat India as a 3rd world country and don't bring their global cars here. They are done.
