I mean, he can make a literal rain of frogs, I think he can make it so the weather snows 2 big snowflakes and concentrate a heavy rain on the opponent
@@bockanvsky2053 pretty sure snowflakes don't explode and also that water was coming out of his hands, also idk how weather report found that much frogs but he could just use strong winds to collect them

Atleast my first rare stnad was Magician Red. It was like: Eh. Is fine. But I got amother rare: Sticky Finger (Zipper). His finisher impresses me.

So basically, When your ultimate does enough damage to kill your enemy thats when the finishers activate so basically just do ult when someone is at low hp
