@@hichigoshirosaki3665 It's Seras Victoria from Hellsing / Hellsing Ultimate. It's like FMA/FMAB where the first anime was made while the manga was still going and therefore doesn't follow it. It's not for sencetive people as it has dark themes and a lot of brutality, blood and gore. I do recommend it though.
There is also a great abridged version.
