Are those beaches fully occupied by the beach clubs, so that you are forced to pay just to enter? Would it be possible just to bring a towel and lie down where is free?

Where do people catch the sea bus? Last time i went i couldnt see anything. Apart from the bus station at fab

Are there bus or taxi available from elia beach to Mykonos town?
There are about 5 buses per day between Elia and Mykonos Town (approximately ever 2 hours). Taxis are available but can be tricky to find in Elia.

Yes, it's fine to find an open spot and lay your towel down on the sand.
