I already try 2nd gen Trial Deck.Her 3lv grade card is much more powerful.Her climax combo can boost her atk up to15,000 (Base atk10000+CX combo4000+1000 from climax) SUBARU POWER MUSCLE IS MASSIVE.

I am playing a Project Diva F Soundless Voice deck and I always see a 10500 level 1 front row as constant. And yes, even on opponent's turn. Weak against direct removals though.

You don't need to worry about meta in WS because it is a heavily luck-based TCG and it caters on casual players after all. Just choose a character(s) you want to focused on, tune the decks accordingly, and it can be used up until 5-6 years later 👍

As an avid Weiss player, Subaru's card is pretty good to beat shit down early game for sure. Although out of all four, Ayame's card is probably the most useful with increasing power for your front stage and allowing you to cycle cards.

A power of 7500 on a level 1 is insane to me as I haven't played WS in a long time.
It's not that insane. It's only that much on your turn, otherwise it's pretty low for a LV 1 offensive.
It's a single turn lv1 killer. But otherwise can at least trade a lv0 vanilla on opponents turn.
Do people not run level killers anymore? I've seen cards like Subaru's in the Devil Survivor 2 set from years past.
