Earlier this week, I was notified of the tragic, untimely death of a good sister friend in Coronado Beach, Panama.
Sandy was always on the dance floor and the life of the party! She was at the table this night, cheering me on. My heart goes out to her family & this beautiful community, who embraced me in love.
Simply put…Dance while you can. Sing when you want (even if you can’t.)🤣 LIVE OUT LOUD, authentically and unapologetically❣️
Love them while they’re here. God will want them back one day. Rest in heaven, Sandy🙏🏽
