Our company is still struggling with getting center poles up. there was this other company we ran into that said they get it done with only 2 people, and so i'm here trying to figure out how to do it just as easy.

A lot of times, your ratchets could be too tight.

On a 40 wide doing it with two people and no machine is an accomplishment. Even with loose corners

At my company we put these tents up with 3 people maximum and we can erect them in under an hour and a half. Celina is the best brand of tents by far but there are much easier ways to set them up.
