maybe just sell them on the day at windows like they used to. for the kop at least, get the real fans back in the ground. shocking figures there, great post.
The ground is starting to resemble Wembley for the first 5/10 of the second half. All corporate seats empty, still in the lounges. I’ve a season ticket in lower Kenny. I get kicked out of my seat for the Champions League matches for corporate. On a random day in the summer I have to log on and scramble to try and pick a decent seat with the hundreds of others in the same boat. Funny how I wasn’t moved last season for the Europa League 🤣
I got my ticket at £660 during Klopp last match. Came all the way from Singapore. Booked flight and booked accomodation, have to pay that price after travelling that far. Im a fan since Hillsborough
Cosmetically, I'd put brick cladding on the sides of the Kopp and change the white cladding on the SKD face, so it all blends better with the main stand and the Annie Rd end.. changing their roofs to the same as the Annie Rd and main stand would make Anfield Cosmetically a lot better... just my opinion
Mate I’ve got no sympathy for LFC,this problem is their own making because they’re so more interested in making millions out of hospitality and cooperative events, that us the genuine fans are ignored and they don’t give a monkeys about us,I’ve used touts many many times over the years because it’s the only way I can watch my heroes
I agree with that, and maybe selling tickets for the game at the window should return this. Mobile ticketing is ok, but a ticket shows you've been and can reminisce talking to grandkids etc
Nice one Wayne . I used to go to a lot of games in the late 70s the whole in the 80s and early 90s. To be honest I probably go to Anfield maybe twice maybe three times in the season to watch a match if I’m lucky. I would love to go to a lot more home matches. YNWA 🔴 Sparky 🍻🍻
Thank you mate, yeah we could easily sell out a 80k stadium if ever had one, I went from going to around 30 games a season to one or two if lucky but I was one of the lucky ones, YnWa mate 👍 🍻
The club has changed hospitality is all they are interested in, i think theirs around 20,000 plus now lowest amount of season tickets in the prem 27,000 capacity is now 61,000 so only around 13000 floating tickets Whats the answer ? Let the genuine fans own the club !
@summerpool there were empty seats last week against Brighton and they stunk of hospitality that I seen from the Kenny stand..just sell em off cheap if they can't sell them..there was about 500 short of full capacity not including that away devide
Great work mate, question on a percentage scale how many seats do LFC have for hospitality noticed Leverkusen game was on 59k attendance am guessing those tickets not sold were expensive hospitality seats
The game was sold out but the capacity drops for champions league games ,have you noticed the front row of seats can’t be sold because the sponsor boards around the ground are taller than the premier leagues matches therefore the sponsors have to pay for that
GB It's not right for people to try and compete a money for trying to give up. My match a ticket absolutely wrong should be a jail sent The people watching see off money to watch Liverpool fc ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I agree mate, like I said just spending a lil extra for a ticket from a tout I don't have a problem with as its impossible to get tickets most the time bit the touts trying to fully rip off fans in the hundreds I will call out as this criminal in taking hundreds of pounds dollars or what ever and being no ticket I will call out, but unfortunately lfc are trying to stop it all and good luck to them as they will certainly need it mate to stop it all
Can we also call out the club for this. They’re the biggest touts going. The amount of hospitality in the ground is beyond disgusting. Tickets being sold on these inflated sites. Nobody can tell me the club don’t make off that.
I’ve spent the last two years trying to shut down dodgy groups selling tickets and the amount of people who fall for stuff is staggering. I’ve reported them to fb and all you get back is they can’t see any wrong doing. There was a group selling tickets who took lots of money for tickets and got let down by the supplier. Police were involved
My son is a Utd season ticket holder and there new system is already a failure, if you change the date on your phone to the day after the match the ticket appears so can be easily passed on . Screenshots no longer work but you can just take a photo of the ticket and use that to get in. They trialed that new system last year and bought it in permanently this season even though it has failed badly. Its a huge problem and is clearly affecting most clubs that have a decent fan base
I have bought tickets on twitter in the past and never got ripped off I always got the ticket promised. I stopped buying on twitter because tickets were going for X2,X3 even X4 face value and I felt I was fueling the problem so I stopped buying them. I am so happy LFC are clamping down and hopefully they put an end to ticket touting and make more tickets available to supporters at a fair price. I have been entering every ballot going trying my luck during official ticket sales without much luck over the years however having said that I have done quite well this season as I have been lucky in the ballots so far and got a ticket or two as well as having an EFL cup season ticket now for the second season plus I know people who have a season ticket and end up getting theirs transferred to me here and there which is good. I would like LFC to explore giving the recipient of a season ticket transfer some kind of credit for attending the game they went to and not the season ticket supporter.
Most the premier league clubs are trying to combat it but feel it still be around for seasons to come as the Touts always find new ways but it will get harder for them deffo I think 🤔
6:56 Go and have a word with someone over that Grass GB fella. Can't believe they've left the park side like that. It would have cost them a few grand to re turf the lot 🤦🏻♂️😂
Mate I’ve told you of you want to go let me know ? You can go for nothing buddy especially the coverage give on the channel , let me know if your a member I can add you for next season as it’s closed now for this season Phil
Crazy price that deffo, wish you could get one cheaper but it's just being alert with risks, is this some sort of package deal as LFC can't charge this just for a cheap ticket surely
maybe just sell them on the day at windows like they used to. for the kop at least, get the real fans back in the ground. shocking figures there, great post.

Liverpool Football Club are no longer a working class club, been corporate for a good few years now!
That's a fact, started going to Anfield with my brothers n mates 1965, can't afford to now .
Thanks for all your great work really enjoyed it all

Whats the answer ? Let the genuine fans own the club !
They need to cut the hospitality and sell more seats at normal prices
That's a good shout but can't see it happening with what the club's making from it 😔
Catch 22situation
Hospitality brings in big money.
Fans want the club to spend money
Cut the hospitality and we have less to spend
@summerpool there were empty seats last week against Brighton and they stunk of hospitality that I seen from the Kenny stand..just sell em off cheap if they can't sell them..there was about 500 short of full capacity not including that away devide

@simonlewis720 yeah alot of the first two or three rows I noticed wasn't used and covered up but it's the norm for European games I think 🤔

FB is a joke full of scams on ticket selling unfortunately, fair to you mate facing this head on - on FB 👍
Id love to meet one legit its worse on fb
Utd fans get their tickets like 3 hours before a game now to stop them being passed on
