History of Nong Nooch Tropcial Botanical Garden:
In 1954, Mr Pisit and Mrs Nongnooch Tansacha bought 600 acres of rolling hills and valleys between Pattaya-Sattahip at the 163 kilometer marker on Sukhumvit road in Najomtien, Sattahip, Pattaya in Chonburi Province. The newly purchased land was anticipated to become a fruit plantation of mangoes, oranges and coconuts as well as many other local fruits.
During her trip abroad, Mrs Nongnooch was inspired by the beauty of world renowned gardens and decided to turn the fruit orchard into a tropical garden of ornamental flowers and plants. The garden was later turned into a tourist attraction fully equipped with accommodation, a swimming pool, restaurants, and banquet and seminar halls for the tourist’s convenience.
Nongnooch garden opened to the public in 1980, and added to the garden was a daily Thai cultural show and elephant show within the theater. Three years later, the garden management was handed over to her son, Mr Kampon Tansacha, and today is one of the most popular attractions of Thailand as well as a center of world botanical significant under the concept “a garden for all people of this world”.
Presently, Nongnooch garden is a very popular tourist attraction with an area of over 1, 700 rai welcoming tourists from all over the world. More than 5,000 people visit each day and the garden has also been recognised as one of the top ten most beautiful gardens in the world. It is rated highly by global websites and has received numerous honors and awards.

There are some parts of the park that I did not put in the video for personal reasons, I know there are differences in culture and respect cultural differences to a degree . But I felt bad so decided not to add it in, hopefully it will change in the future.
Spent the whole day in this crazy visually amazing park in Thailand, the dinosaurs are crazy sick and huge !! it is also one of the 10 most important parks in the world for their work of preserving.

Chris I'm not a tourist and my house is 15km South so I come a lot , first time not long after the site opened in 1989. I now have over 2500 images and the best thing is there is always something new. Agree this is a must for everyone,

I do enjoy the cinematic perspective. Can I ask do you use a LUT or just turn up the saturation a bit? Also do you use a gimbal for the rotation shots? Cheers

      Hi Karl,
Thank you for liking the cinematic style I spent around 7 hours there collecting the clips I needed. No 🙂I don't use LUT's you can get one at DJI's site to use if you film in Log. I just film in normal color mode and do some color correction in post edit, shadows, saturation, higlight ect just trying to find some output that I like to present 🙂All filming is only handheld I attached my dji to a regular tripod that I use as a grip and then mostly a couple of shot's and body/arm movment with breathing techniques. I prefer doing it handheld, I bought the gimbals for my smartphone, Sony camera and ended up feeling more in control if I just filmed handheld, my gimbals mostly collects dust. In my opinion they can be good in special occasions, like fast moving, high paced situations ect. Thanks for watching 🙏

Hello, I heard that grab or bolt does not arrive there because of taxi mafia, is that true? and how much is it from Pattaya city, 290 Baht seems super cheap for your ride

So many other foreigners came to me sitting outside waiting for Grab and nobody would accept they say and they wondered what was going on.
I did have to try a couple of times, around 30-40min before someone accepted, not good when families with children waiting for no response late at evening and the park is closing down. I did not know about that taxi issue you talk about. eventullay they came and I got home 😅 And the price was the same to the park as well btw.
