Every actor has that character that was hand crafted just for them...Reddington is definitely his. I could not have seen it be successful with any other actor.
He takes his craft seriously & brings the best to the table.
James Spader is one of the best actors and plays Reddington perfectly. I love his delivery, his reaction and his timing. Brilliant!

James Spader is great. I loved the antics of him and Shatner on Boston Legal and when I first learned that he was going to be in The Blacklist I knew he would be perfect for the position.
James Spader is just such an incredibly great actor. Honestly i can't imagine Reddington being portrayed by anyone else. Season 4 has to start! NOW!!
