as an employee, mcdonald’s doesn’t actually use ketchup in the mac sauce. however, it seems like everyone prefers to make it that way and we regularly get customers who order their big macs with ketchup so maybe we should lol

I think you were a little fast to give up on the pizza Big Mac. I have had some successes with sandwiches using Italian sausages, but I think you made a mistake just mixing ground beef into the sausage. I think it would throw off the flavor as well as cooking time.
