Other than getting the hose connector turned around (watch out for that one), the machine is simple to put together and use ruclips.net/user/postUgkxfQauTxLT0JLSvqkq10rD79TU4k0Vz8zP . And very nice, too. I'm surprised at the power-it's more than we'll ever need, and we've not even used the most powerful setting yet.I've cleaned off a dirty concrete porch to get it ready for sealing, started to clean siding, and I know this pressure washer will be terrific for cleaning tools this fall.The only issue we had is we had turned around the hose connector, and it leaked. Once it was on correctly, though, we had no problems with the connection. Just remember that the end with the green knob goes towards the hose. It's obvious now what we did wrong, but not necessarily obvious at the time.

This is a good product for what it is for which is getting distance on the foam when blasting the house to get the siding 20 feet up. It can be used for the avg joe to work on the car and stuff, but it really works great for cleaning the house.

I used the Foam Blaster on a concrete wall and adjusted the nozzle to obtain the desired density and it worked very well. I didn't see you use any adjustments, it might have changed your opinion.
I actually like that runny foam sometimes on super dirty cars. Help lift and remove mud easier than thick foam
i think for certain washes this unit works excellent i plan to use and show this over the winter some more

Nice review Phil. Thanks for posting. I do like that for blasting some soap onto siding on a house or cleaning off the driveway with a degreaser, cleaning outdoor furniture or something like that while you are pressure washing. Looks like it would be great for that use. It does look pretty solidly built. I like that size reservoir because I only need a small amount of foam/soap for my Nissan 370Z. I currently use the BOSS Foam Cannon which I love because I can just hook up the product bottles right to the foam cannon itself and use as much or as little product as I need to use.
HDPE is very durable and will last for years. Polycarbonate is also very durable, they make bullet proof glass with it.
It would be perfect to use for the wheels. Soap up the wheels and rinse off without changing adapters. Thanks for the video
yes I have been using this with my Auto Fanatic Wheel Cleaner and it works great because of the high PSI shooting out you eliminate the pre rinse when doing wheels. I want to create a larger reservoir for the Ryobi

I have the same foam blaster and I use the Ryobi 1800 psi I have no issues that thing throws so much foam it’s not even funny it might be the soap you were using I have no issues works fantastic
Love it!! Says polycarbonate is going to shatter if dropped. It's the same material that bulletproof glass is made from. Polycarb is EXTREMELY tough. I work with it all the time.
I use auto soaps that are not meant for a foam cannon. I use the Royobi Blaster to shoot the soap and loosen up surface dirt then I wash by hand and use it to rinse. It just saves me from having to switch up equipment…

That must be a smaller office, that might explain that extra velocity. Now for spraying the roof it looks solid
You could probably use the ryobi for the salt dissolver or see how far the pressure washer can spray ky jelly
this is exactly one good way to use this since those products do not foam and to shoot the car at such high PSI with a salt remover might do an excellent pre wash
Maybe when you do these foam cannon reviews you should use something like the ryobi 1600 psi 1.2 gpm or the 1700psi 1.2 gpm greenworks pressure washer for testing and for the people who have lower psi and gpm pressure washers and the ones with the higher psi an gpm you could use the one you have
I got this 10 years ago and its not comparable to a PF22 or Griot's BOSS. Its weak.

Yea i just got one of these, to go on my 1900 psi electric pressure washer. Shit is literally a cannon, barely any spread just direct, it works if i stand 20 ft away lmfao

i tried the roybi soap foam cause i didnt wanna go all way across town to get the real stuff, and accidently found out its a damn good wheel cleaner cause it ate up caked on brake dust with minimal scrubbing lol
yeah it must be a mega high Ph APC which is why i did not want to use it on my car.
This week I purchased the Ryobi 1900 PSI pressure washer. I'm glad I got that one. It works really well. My driveway looks brand new.
What I would like to find is a good soap that I can use in a foam jet. I would like to find some that will put a heavy coat of foam and remove all the road grime. At work I used to use some on my company car. It was made by Champion Paper Company. They would mix 3 5 gallon containers in a 500 gallon vessel and fill with water. I think the water pressure from that pump was over 3,000 PSI.
It really did a great job with cold water.

Read on the forums only 2003 QV's have been sold in the US since 2017 just a fyi.
Seems like this product is geared more towards home use such as getting soap on house siding, concrete cleaning etc with the level of pressure coming out. Also with the rinse switch it will allow homeowners to rinse chemical off of a house or large area.

An independent Alfa specialist in the UK is saying they have seen a lot of Quadrifoglio's with failed fuel pumps, saying there is an updated version. Something to look out for.

I had one paired with my Hyper Though pw (1,600 psi/1.2 gpm) and I threw in the woods. Brilliant finish foam cannon and MJJC are the way to go if you have low end pressure washer
well Ryobi was smart that they never disclosed this device as a foam cannon but a foam blaster and with the PSI it shoots from my machine it certainly blasts foam hard, I still use it for various tasks and think for a pre rinse with a Salt Remove for winter is absolutely perfect for this device.

I want something I can spray soap at high pressure like at the car wash..what product does that?
At the beginning you twisted the nozzle like it was adjustable but when you used it you didn’t show how adjusting it changed anything.
the adjuster does not do much of anything really.
It shoots a flat fan. Rotating it just makes it go from vertical to horizontal. However, if you shoot straight soap and adjust the on off lever it will mix in less water and make a thicker foam.
Why didn't you show how you changed the PSI?
You simply turn the knob on the pressure regulator at pump nothing too special to show all pressure washers are same

yes that is why I kept it, the pressure that shoots out is higher than any foam cannon ive owned and tested so it does have usefulness for detailing cars i feel

It actually signaled after he hit the door handle. The sensor is very sensitive. My QV does the same thing when I wash it.
Would work great for cleaning car floor mats or boat carpet, where the higher psi is needed.

I actually like mine w ryobi 1900psi electric washer, your going to use a meguiars wash pad anyway so whats the difference in foam thickness, the productis still breaking down the dirt as it sits there?

I used it and killed it. Lol, I think I used to much soap then water and it just stopped working. Took it apart and put it back together. Tried it and the soap portion will not work. I got maybe 6 car washes out of it. It was good while it worked.

Dawn is a degreaser. Would not recommend unless you are prepared to add wax on afterwards

GPM minimum to get that amount of foam with the griots foam cannon?
My machine is a 2.5 GPM but have tested my soap and the new Griots cannon with a 1.4-1.7 GPM for very similar results. I did two videos on the channel using this foam cannon if you go back over the summer to check those out

It sux and doesn’t work hardly at all with the ryobi electric pressure washer. If you turn the nozzle it will shoot like a fire hose.
It's just a pressure washer with soap in it...not a FOAM cannon.

You used it wrong lmaoo have to twist the cannon sideways. That way the inner peace opens up to throw more foam..
wrong Eddy you can twist this upside down all the way around and it makes zero difference in foam density because this is not a foam cannon.

Those are absolute junk! You can’t replace the orifice or whatever it used. I use it to spray cleaners on my siding so I don’t contaminate my vehicle cannons with siding chemicals. I figured I had already spent the money on it anyway.

I like mine and was afraid I would drop and break the container so I put a drink/beer snuggie or coolie whatever you may call the sleeve to keep a drink colder....of course I accidentally dropped it and it didn't break so just a suggestion to protect it a little better...lol. thanks again.

every bashes this because they are trying to compare it to a conventional foam cannon however Ryobi does not claim or advertise this is a foam cannon but a foam blaster. I use it all the time for specific washes because it shoots the water and solution more powerful at the car to remove debris without agitation.
