EMF was one of the best early '90's bands. Saw them in Orlando around "92. They were incredible. At that time, these guys , Jesus Jones, Edie Brickell, etc...brought us a different kind of music than we were used to. he younger generation took up where mine left off. Damn I am getting old.
During the summer of 1991, I listened to nothing else but this song. For three straight months, I drove my loved ones to near madness by playing it on repeat. I gave my poor mother migraines. I lost friends, yet I cared not. All I wanted were those sweet, sweet notes. Delicious nostalgia.
i played it constantly when i was just learning how to play guitar, i also played a mean version of "i am the resurection" or so i thought XD, but 30 odd yrs later, i still play them, but now i can play anything on guitar, and this song has a big part to play in that!
