At that point you have many options to swap and use your unprotected cc/dmg skills while being safe,kite or simply fully disengage. You can carry the animations(dmg and cc) into your clone> example 1) w+e - swap to clone - second hit of the skill will still hit and cc the enemy if you put your cursor on them after the tp 2) w/rmb, shift c , shift f can be carried into your clone. - A bit min max but occasionally i use Bared Claws even on off cooldown to move around(if im sure im not gonna get cc'ed) especially while baiting clone-swap., this way i save some stam and keep my i-frames to dodge more fatal damage or cc.
