    Seems like an extremely complex process...A typical startup will not have the resources to deal with so much complexity in my opinion...

      I've repeatedly head Dutch startups are not really startups in same sense as in US. But considering what are you looking for, the Dutch way can be more chill way to start a global businesses

    Great content. Does all this apply to video game studios? As a game studio, we couldn't publish our games to the GooglePlay store, Apple store, etc due to the Iran conflicts with the EU and US, Do we get the chance to move our game studio to the Netherlands?

    I'd like to startup a cybersecurity software and services company in the Netherland. Would that requires certain requirement like standard certification or authorization? Beside that if there're minimum amount of funding should I take in consideration?

      Hi Anil, excuse our late reply:
      In theory you do not need a start capital, but that depends on the business structure you choose to start with. For example, in the Netherlands an NV is required to start with a capital of €45.000. If you choose a different business structure in the Netherlands there is no such requirement.
      In addition, the IND might have certain additional conditions such as a financial reserves when moving to the Netherlands.

      Hi Camrone, I have forwarded this to our team and they will check for you.

    • @Businessgovnl
      @Businessgovnl  3 года назад

      Hi Camrone, this is what I have found out for you:
      If the person has not yet started the business it is possible to connect to facilitators and see if there is a match between them. If they feel there is a match they can come to an agreement and the facilitator can provide support for the startup while starting their business. With the agreement the startup visa can be requested. You can find more information and the facilitators here: www.netherlandspointofentry.nl/. One note is that for the startup it is very important that they have their pitch deck/business plan ready so they can pitch best to the potential facilitator.
      Hope this helps!

      Dear India India,For a startup in the Netherlands, you would need a Dutch facilitator. Check this page english.rvo.nl/subsidies-programmes/residence-permit-foreign-startups/where-find-facilitator to see which organisations currently act as facilitators in the Netherlands.

    Sorry but there could be a 5min video in a more straight forward way explaining what this video did in 17 min. I've done all this as a recent immigrant (along with my partner) and it is a simple process but the video makes it look complex.

      Hi @Leonardo Paredes, my colleague Nanda asked me to get back to you in more detail. So, my 10 cents': we produced this webinar in collaboration with the IND. As the organisation that deals with all immigration requests in the Netherlands, they are aware of all the exceptions and conditions and what have yous, and I think that shows in the explanation given here. I'm really pleased that the process proved so easy for you! And so you have a business in the Netherlands now? I wish you all the best with it! Best regards, Margot
