Melenchon: "Plan B is a plan for peace"

On Saturday the 11th of March 2017, Jean Luc Melenchon was in Rome to attend a Plan B Summit organized at the 60th anniversary of Rome Treaty.
He explained that the European Union entered it's final cycle after the Brexit, the CETA ratification and the Versailles Summit held by France, Germany, Italy and Spain and validating the concept of a multi-speed Europe. Then, JLM presented Juncker's plans for the future of the EU before talking about the social democrat candidates running for France presidential election. Finally he detailed what plan A and B were, and explained that plan B was a "plan for peace" within a european context of rising tensions exacerbated by the renewal of the European Defence Project
