    I realize this video is a tad old but that bobbin holder is it supposed to be loose or does it need to be locked tight in the tray?

    • @MasinskiKutak
      @MasinskiKutak  Год назад

      The video is not old, the sewing machine is quite old,
      the bobbin holder should be as shown in the video.
      Do you have a problem with your sewing machine, we are here to try to help.?

    How did you get that metal plate off, mine won't budge, did you unscew something?

    • @MasinskiKutak
      @MasinskiKutak  2 месяца назад

      There are no screws, I used a fingernail on my left hand and pulled the plate towards me and then you lift it up, if you can't with a fingernail then use a thin screwdriver.

    Hey, would you happen to know where to buy replacement parts? I am looking for that bobbin cover plate right at the beginning of the video. We have the exact same machine too, but when I look online some supplies refer to the S250, my machine only says 250 electronic on it. Is that the same model?

      @MasinskiKutak  3 месяца назад

      You probably mean the bobbin cover,? Husqvarna Viking S250 and Husqvarna Viking 250 Electronic, I really don't know what the difference is, it's probably a matter of powering the machine's motor, dimensions and number of programs, they are identical sewing machines, but I'm not sure.

    I have a few Viking 6030’s. One I just bought from a secondhand store was sent to me seized. Would this information also apply to the 6000 series machines?

    • @MasinskiKutak
      @MasinskiKutak  Год назад +1

      NO, the Husqvarna Viking 6000 sewing machine series has a completely different shuttle hook, nothing is the same, it is an older series of machines.

    Can the needle be adjusted side to side on this machine?

    • @MasinskiKutak
      @MasinskiKutak  Год назад

      I didn't understand the question very well, maybe you think that the position of the needle can be changed??
      The answer is Yes, set the selector to the first position A on the upper side and adjust the position of the needle with the inner ring for zigzag width.

    • @deerummell603
      @deerummell603 Год назад

      The cap from the lightbulb. (the lightbulb did not remove completely.) I only got the bulb part.

    • @MasinskiKutak
      @MasinskiKutak  Год назад

      What's left inside, the complete bulb or the metal part in the bulb socket?

      Special narrow pliers are needed to take out the rest of the bulb or remove the plastic shield, if this is too much work for you visit your nearest sewing machine service, it is a routine job for a handyman, it shouldn't cost much.
      NOTE: before any work on the sewing machine, disconnect the machine from the power supply.!!

    Is it possible to turn off the lightbulb when the machine is on?

    • @MasinskiKutak
      @MasinskiKutak  Год назад

      It is not possible if you have one switch, if the light bothers you, unscrew the bulb.

    • @ne2ko714

      @MasinskiKutak thanks, ill take it out, for me it feels like it heats stuff up too much

    • @MasinskiKutak
      @MasinskiKutak  Год назад

      Maybe someone installed a stronger light bulb, buy an LED light bulb and you won't have problems with heating.
      And be careful not to cut yourself, the light bulb can break if it has not been removed for a long time, and especially if it has been heated a lot, it can be as if glued.!! 24:04
