@@popparock6506 You can build twig buildouts from existing buildings, roofs and frames like in this case. You cannot upgrade it without TC access and you can't build foundations so you can't build new stuff.
If you are a solo and you get raided by some massive zerg and you don't want them to have your boom you can despawn in a clever way. Throw your rockets / whatever you want to despawn in a corner that you know won't be blown up and then place a large box over the top of it.
I've learned so much from the video. Use twig triangle to scout for traps, smoke to make defending basically impossible, and (12:28) watching their own shotgun traps immediately turn on them the moment Tool Cupboard was destroyed. Great video AIT!

In that raided bases case, it would have been better if they had got rid of the refinery, placed satchels on the ground for their good loot, buried them and then placed a foundation over them.
