Fantastic! One if my favorite layouts, the scenery is so unique that’s you know it's The Allagash immediately. And the weathering on those locos is perfect!
Liked even before the video started. Have seen Mr Confalone's work before and enjoyed seeing (on video and in magazine ) his work. Gotta love those those long noses on the Alcos👍
Imagine my surprise when this popped up on the suggested list! My third most favorite layout! You already know the first two. And then... To see who posted this! Hi Chris! Thumbs up. Subscribed. And commented. Bart
Now that is a sweet layout. Man, it looks so good and so scale. I don't see one thing I don't like. Just spectacular men!! I've got to have more! Thanks for the upload.
The Scenery Was Perfect, the Engines, looked,& sounded Real ! BUT, that guy POKING, his HEAD out, Shot the heck out of the REALISM, you tried to depict ! It was like Dunking my cookie,in the teacup, and having the Bottom of the cup fall off!
This is great! When you put pushers at the back, do they work well? I was wondering if all the locomotives operate at the same speed or if some engines run just a bit faster or slower than the others, causing things to buckle. Thank you for your answer!
Mike should weigh in, but my understanding is that was he lead and pusher locos are all consisted together (and all of mikes locos are speed matched) I sure didn’t see any problems! 😎👍
@@TheValleyLocal Yeah, that's the only way to do it reliably. And the advantage of having multiple locos on the front and back is that, even if they're not perfectly speed-matched, the slightly slower ones will act as brakes on the slightly faster ones, averaging out their speed.
Alcos are gone, so the caboose. Coal shipping is going down..... Keep your layout in that era. If you modernise it, track will be rippen out and cyclists pedalling on that bike trail.... What a shame !!! Thanks for that moment of joy😊😊😊
Winter layout scenes are so underrated. I absolutely love the feeling this time of year gives with trains going through. It’s so cool!
This is 1 of my favorite layouts. Thanks for sharing the video!
Very cool share !

I've long been a fan of this magnificent layout! So good to see it's still running.
Excellent, EXCELLENT work.
That snow might be the best I have ever seen on a model railway.

The snow patches are outstanding. The ALCos are awesome, too!
Absolutely superb work. Long been one of my favorite layouts. Magnificent
Pretty cool.
Outstanding sights and sounds! Thank you,.
Very well done, all the way around!!!
This HAS to be the most realistic looking model RR, ever!!
Ok, that's impressive!
Now that's mountain railroading. !!!!
Great-looking snow!
I'm impressed.
Great videos of my favorite layout!
Gorgeous!
I just came across this video ... Subscribed!!! 👍
WE NEED A TOUR 1ST, YHEN THE TRAINS!
Wow. It is so realistic I can smell the diesel fumes and feel the frostbite in my fingers.

stunning !
A lot of Alcos on that train
ALCO/MLW . Beautiful ole girls.
Nice layout. Since I'm no expert ... what model loco is leading this train. I like that long nose.
C&O for Progress, with the B&O, and the Western Maryland i guess!
Where can I see the track plan?
It doesn't mean anything, but I was there last Nov for a test run of this thing.. It stalled at the summit.😂
